Yellowstone INtegral Network (YIN), Proposed director
Integrated Awareness Method (IAM), Program Founder and presenter
Rebecca’s natural inclination is to be a designer and supporter of holistic systems. In her services and consulting, she loves engaging meta maps, archetypes, and patterns helpful for setting in motion greater self awareness, healing, empowerment, contribution, and wholeness.
Her integrated studies and work include Permaculture Practices, Garden & Landscape Design, Website and Marketing Design, Human Design, Integral Theory, The Michael System, Heartlife Institute, Cultural Anthropology BA, Transpersonal Psychology MA pgm, Geology, Geomancy, Astronomy, and Astrology.
Rebecca is currently the founder and lead for a local organic landscape business offering design, installation, and garden maintenance in Colorado. She holds a certification with PINA (permaculture institute of North America) and has created mindful community connections by volunteering over the years at various biodynamic farms and permaculture organizations in the Boulder area. She continues to expand her interests by sharing her passion for earth wisdom and holistic living through partnering with likeminded groups and sustainable projects.
With over a decade of experience and application of Integral Theory, having studied closely with former partner Ken Wilber, she offers a uniquely balanced wisdom in her consulting for projects and teams, including assessment tools, insights, and practices that empower what’s working, shed light on what’s overlooked, and reflect on practical steps and inspiration to achieve our goals and balance in all dimensions of our holarchy of being.
To satiate her thirst for all things esoteric, she explores the wisdom of alternative perspectives and practices, searching for truthful connections hidden or obvious. As a natural empath and energy healer, she offers “avatar sessions” to empower and integrate our soul and personal identity, helping us realize ways to remove blocks, accept and love ourselves, and live into our fullest potential for expression through our talents and relationships.
“Rebecca is so inspiring! She is a gifted intuitive, a skilled initiator and an organizational artist. Given almost any situation, she is experienced at drawing forth what works, and just as importantly, identifying what doesn’t. I’ve found her work to be expertly supportive in achieving that delicate balance of personal growth and ideal performance because she is able to remain present both in relation to my personal process as well as for the goals of our business group. Her fascination with making better use of nature’s designs in all areas of life is well suited to her own designs with the land, individuals, and groups.”

C.A.R.E., Program Founder and director
Permaculturist, holistic healer, tribal peacemaker
Hello! I have studied permaculture through out my life, but most intensely for the last 12 years in Oregon. Myself and my partner moved out there specifically to become organic gardeners. From our half archer backyard permaculture “project” we fed over ten families. We produced an amazing amount of food and loved playing with the Earth and plants.
For the first three years we “grew soil”. It took us a lot of time to prepare because we were on hard pan and clay. First, we worked with master druids from Canada who had access to rock dust and other minerals to add from the Canadian Shield, the oldest and most ancient source of minerals, known of to help enrich soil. We also hosted a leaf-dump for composting. We used peanut skins from local nut butter companies, grape tailings from wineries, and a few supplements to add trace nutrients — in all it was a natural organic cornucopia of methods to produce amazing soil.
During this time, we experimented a lot and I had lots of fun working with the many aspects of permaculture. One labor-intensive method ensured we got to eat mushrooms for years; We made mushroom logs with Oak, inoculating each log with reishi or shitaki mushrooms. Then we soaked the logs in water annually producing savory mushrooms for three to four years. We implemented hugelkultur and created swales. We grew fave beans to create nitrogen by turning them into the soil to help it even more… And then by the third year we were ready to start gardening!
We started growing amazing food. We made so much food we fed more families, nursing mothers, and even gave special items to local restaurants — things like squash blossoms. We had a friend who raised buffalo and he made biodynamic compost preps for us for our gardens each year.
I have always had an attraction to the shape of a spiral and to Medicine wheels. So naturally when my partner said, “Honey what do you want to see happen in the garden?”….we built a circular garden with a heart shaped center. We had quite a journey with that garden over the years. It grew bigger and expanded into a half acre - wow what fun!
I have built three labyrinths, including another spiral Garden at my most recent home. The location provided a wild space under a cluster of giant Ceder trees. And there was an amazing rose that climbed into a pine tree and bloomed all up into the branches…I notice how plants like to support each other and to pair in ways I never dreamed of by seeing what they do in the wild.
It’s true that I have a deep connection to plants. As a fay women and fellow gardener I recognize that I have a lot to offer in the garden that goes hand in hand with being a healer. For example, I teach about medicine plants, I make tinctures, salves, and bath salts with herbs and aromas. I studied aroma therapy and have used essential oils in my family practice for over 30 years. And by the very nature of my psychic and healing abilities, I have even been blessed to learn directly from the devas and fairies how to make certain plant essences. Here is an article about that process.
I never claim to be an expert, though I like to specialize in various things that draw my focus. For the most part, I stay grounded in the classroom of Life…and intend to forever be learning and playing.
Many years ago a woman came to ask me of my vision for a sustainable village. I described it to her and she said, “I have a gift for you.” She then gave me a 65 lb Andarian Guardian Crystal…which I have always thought needs to be outside in a Garden somewhere! She gave it to me to support manifesting my vision.
Now, here we all are, traveling together, and creating this ecological and educational collective. I can barely believe how rapidly things are coming together. It’s amazing and fun and bringing us all out of the woods! I am honored to be a part of creating such a holistic community and inspired to be contributing my wisdom and support for the whole at this time.
Love and Blessings.
